At Stage Supply, we stand behind the gear we sell. Every new product you purchase is automatically covered by a 12-month UK warranty.
Extended Coverage
While our standard protection lasts one year, many manufacturers offer extended warranties at no extra cost, or provide the option to purchase additional coverage directly through them.
Please Note: Certain "consumable" components, such as amplifier tubes and valves, typically carry a shorter 90-day warranty rather than the full year, as is standard across the industry.
Local Warranty Terms
Manufacturer websites or manuals often list global terms that may not apply in the UK. Because regional policies vary, we recommend checking with the Stage Supply team to confirm the specific UK warranty details for your item.
How We Handle Repairs
If your gear develops a fault while under warranty, Stage Supply is happy to manage the logistics for you. We can arrange to collect the item, oversee the professional repair process, and return it to you—usually at no additional cost.
Important Logistics:
Packaging: Customers are responsible for ensuring all items are securely packaged for transit. Stage Supply does not provide packing materials or cover the cost of professional packing services.
Authorization: All warranty work must be pre-authorized by Stage Supply. We cannot cover the costs of parts or labor for repairs performed by third parties without our prior consent.
Modifications: Please be aware that any unauthorized modifications, alterations, or independent repairs will void your warranty.
